All course fees must be paid in full to secure placement on the course.

- Confirmation and attendees must be in writing to secure the course. Payment must be made in full to secure the course.
- If for any reason the course date needs to be changed, costs may be incurred if a venue has been booked.

- Cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to course start.
- Cancellations must be in writing to info@firstaidhawkesbay.co.nz.
- Cancellation on the day will result in no refund, rebooking maybe an option at my discretion.
- First Aid Hawkes Bay reserves the right to cancel a course if necessary. As much notice as possible will be given.

- Please arrive on time
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to attend a different course at a later date.
- Cell Phones must be turned off during class time please.
- Dress Code - please wear something comfortable , that supports being on the floor and moving around.

- This is a practical course and involves your participation within a group and as an individual.
- You will be required to demonstrate to the facilitator that you are physically able to perform set first aid tasks/skills.
- If you have a disability/illness please let the facilitator know prior to commencement.

On the successful completion of the course and full payment of all fees, you will be issued with a Medic First Aid Certificate.
